To ensure that ideas are successfully transformed into wearable works of art, the entire journey will be a collaboration between the designer and the bride. Remember that clear expectations and timely feedback are crucial throughout the process.

Meticulously measured and custom made to your unique physique.

As consumers ourselves, we understand the concerns when it comes to purchasing an item of clothing that you can't try-on in person. Our extensive body measurement guide is made to help brides in providing accurate readings for the most perfect fit.

Additionally, we will reconfirm multiple measurements with you at throughout the process to ensure we have the most up to date measurements.

A walkthrough of the remote dressmaking procedure.

Discuss your inspiration with our designer and discover the potential of what your dream dress could be. A non-refundable booking fee will be collected should you wish to secure a slot in our production schedule.

Once a design has been agreed on, a 50% deposit will be collected and material orders will be placed. Throughout the production stage, you will receive visual updates of your dress where your input and approvals play vital roles in creating something you truly treasure.

Any remaining balance must be settled before the dress is completed and shipped out.

From our atelier to your home.

We offer standard and express shipping options to all international orders. Clients will be responsible for shipping charges and any fees, taxes or custom duties in connection with the delivery.

Specific courier services may be requested as long as it is locally available to us. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for all bespoke orders.
