TERMS & CONDITIONS
All clients are responsible to read through and understand our terms and services.
By engaging in any services provided by ELYN TANG BRIDAL, you are accepting the use and practice of our policies as described below.

I. BOOKINGS
We recommend booking your first consultation with us eight (8) months before your expected collection date. To secure your bespoke order in our timetable, a non-refundable booking fee of RM300 will be collected before your second consultation. Within sixty (60) days from the booking payment, a design of your dress must be agreed on or reservation will be forfeited.

II. DESIGN & PRODUCTION
We allow reasonable alterations to the initial design up to the first fitting without additional charges for bespoke services. More significant changes thereafter are subject to price revision. Dress production will only commence once 50% of a non-refundable deposit has been paid. Rush orders or late deposit payments which shortens the total ideal production period may subject to additional charges. Please be advised that we will not accept any requests to copy another designer’s dress, veil etc. In turn, we are also strongly against plagiarism of our design and relevant action may be taken.

III. MEASUREMENTS
All plans for body transformation during the dressmaking process should be made known when your body measurements are taken for the first time. Depending on the date of your occasion, we will need to agree on a measurement deadline. ELYN TANG BRIDAL does not accept responsibility for any garment no longer fitting due to drastic weight changes, pregnancy or other circumstances beyond our control. Should any previously ordered garment require a complete remake as a result of this, it will be processed as a new order. All goods remain a property of ELYN TANG BRIDAL should the client choose to abandon the previous order without paying in full. We reserve the right to turn down any new remake orders should it collides with our production schedule.

IV. PAYMENT
We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card or PayPal. Transaction fee applies for debit/credit card and Paypal. Payments must be received on time within the deadline listed in all invoices. Work will cease if payment is not made, possibly delaying the completion of the dress. Resumption of work from late payment will have to fit around the current schedule and not jeopardize the progress of other customers’ dresses. All goods sold are non-exchangeable or refundable. All sales are final.
